SHIPPING POLICIES

About Shipping

Freight is AUTO CALCULATED at time of order. The most cost efficient method of shipment on these items will be used. Shipment of items may be done using UPS™, FEDEX™, LTL, common carrier or similar shipping method to ensure timely delivery with best pricing for your delivery.

While we attempt to have this accurately represent freight costs there may be an additional fee to ship to certain locations and / or to expedite shipping. If any freight specific alteration or additional fee occurs on your order you will be informed in writing and all changes will require your prior approval.

This offer only applies to the contiguous states.

Receiving and Verification Procedures

ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ALL SHIPMENTS. Tanning lamps, by their nature, are fragile and may be damaged during shipping. When you get your delivery you are required to check the condition of the boxes as well as assess each one for internal breakage by making sure NO LEAKAGE OR BROKEN GLASS SOUNDS can be detected from inside the box on delivery. If you hear and / or see breakage you MUST WRITE A DETAILED NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING to qualify for replacements.

Additionally you must open and inspect all the contents and verify the shipments condition and, if applicable, the working status of the lamps within the 2 business day timeframe as with all other orders.

Take photos with your phone or camera of any damage and retain all products until any problems are resolved.

  • 1) Inspect DELIVERY, take photos of and make note of any damage on shippers docs/device prior to signing
  • 2) Take PHOTOS of any damages outside and inside of boxes
  • 3) Accept DELIVERY after inspection and documentation
  • 4) Ispect/test lamps/items for issues within 2 Business Days
  • 5) Report issues including a description of issue compiled with any associated images.
  • 6) Submit images and any details as soon as possible and/or within 2 days of receipt

REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICIES

Replacement or Damage Procedure

Any item ordered that is defective or damaged will be replaced or refunded at no additional charge when properly reported as detailed in the Receiving and Verification Procedure listed above. Once we collect or complete the needed information either a replacement is sent or credit issued in cooperation with the customer.

Return Procedure

Due to their nature, tube lamps & equipment are NOT returnable. Please verify you are ordering the correct item/quantity prior to completing the transaction.

Any returnable products mistakenly ordered must be pre-authorized and be given an RA# and then shipped by customer and returned in new condition within 14 days from original invoice for refund or credit less any applicable charges such as freight. In some cases a restocking fee of 15% may apply. If applicable this information will be provided at time RA# is issued.
