Retain current piston until after new ones have been installed. It is possible the piston ends (which unscrew) are custom for your bed and need to be reused. Uncommon but possible.
Verify both head and foot pistons are the same or submit both datasets.
WHEN SENDING IN A REQUEST - Include make n model of bed and all data on the piston itself if applicable. If two or more different ones are need submit each type as a lineitem when contacting us.
